I lived there for 11 yrs & paid my rent on time and was a respectful quiet tenant. These places are very old and far from taking care of properly.My place was full of Mold. When and if repaired it was always in a way that cut costs for them. In the 11 yrs I lived there I did see huge changes & not for the good of those of us paying to live there.

Okay, but are they income based? And what all do they look for?
Look them up online and they should be able to help you out with that.
My friend that moved in here said the office told him as long as it's been 5 yrs since it happened
They have washer and dryers in their handicaps apartments but, as far as having a laundry facility no they don't
From what I understand... nothing. Just make sure that your apt doesn't smell like smoke from the vents of your next door neighbors or you will get a violation without proof of anything but smell. :(
They have a laundry room where u can take your laundry to but it just depends on the place your going to some houses may have laundry hook ups and some places may not
