This establishment is the worst one in Greensboro, when it comes to this company. First, I tried to order on-line but a pop-up message said try again or call. I tried again but it didn't go through so I called. I explained the issue and the person who answered was a male. He stated that was weird and that he couldn't take payment over the phone. He didn't ask for my name but stated my order would be ready in 15 mins. I get there and the white male with fluffy hair, white t-shirt ask me what my name was and I told him that the person who took my order over the phone did not ask. They had to find my order. It took 3 males, one black with dread and two white males. They found it but the sauce for the crazy bread was missing . Once they gave it to me it was cold and had this white flaky piece on top. I kindly ask the black guy what was it and he said cheese. I was like really what kind for it to be one little flake. He rolled his eyes and got me another. That one was also cold but I left to take my kids the food. I went back to speak to the supervisor or manager about the customer service and he got an attitude. John claims that the sauce was at room temperature. Of course he couldn't tell me but apparently he is the regional manager. Didn't see any hair nets or hats on the younger employees. John said he was calling the police on me for stealing sauce that they gave me. I waited for the police to come but they never did. I guess they know John has poor customer service since he wish he can give customers a review. I know I would never go this particular store again.

Not sure how this place has good reviews. I’ve been twice on my lunch break now around 12:10. Not a single pizza was ready. I have a 30 min lunch break and waited until 12:25 today, still no pizza, asked for a refund so I could get back to …
