Honest Review! This is my second year living here, last year i lived at pines, this year the plams. If it wasn’t for my roommates and some staff that are nice I would give it more stars. Since we moved in we had problems with our washer and dryer, at this point i wish we would just get them replaced. If it wasn’t for my always calling and bugging front desk I don’t think we would got anything done, Yet My washer STILL DOESNT WORK. Sunday our washer leaked a lot even the person below us said it was leaking from the roof. They told us someone would come today, and I called to make sure someone was still coming, yet I was still told they would, no one has even come. I called again just to be put back into the work order list. Still haven’t been able to use my washer. Sure it’s a nice place, affordable, with a bus stop, but this would probably be my last year staying here. Some staff are nice and others just are annoying not even letting me speak with anyone to see what i can do about my situation that’s been having for a month or maybe two

There is no need to have 6 men in the apartment to do one room inspection. Please send out emails to the residents about inspections instead of walking into the apartments unannounced.
