Pulled my dog out of Zoomies for good, when I arrived I was greeted by the owner and the one of the associates like nothing happen, once I paid they then brought my dog out and proceeded to tell me that he was attacked by another dog, showed scratches and bite marks around his neck and front legs. Apparently a “new associate” had let another dog out with mine when he should’ve been the only one out. Then owner had the nerves to try and sell me the CBD that was suppose to be good for his wounds! Umm no if anything you should give it to me! Once I got home I was able to see more scratches and bite marks in his chest area, guess they forgot to tell me or they never checked. His chest is white so you can’t miss it along with the missing fur which means he was probably on his back while being attacked! Should’ve saved my pictures but I hated seeing them in my phone!

My husband and I dropped our two dogs off on a Thursday for boarding with all day play. Over the weekend we received a report that both dogs were doing great. The following Tuesday, our report said that one of our dogs had failed her temperament test and had not been in the play group at all. We were so upset that we were misinformed and felt terrible for our pup for not getting the exercise she needs. We haven’t had any behavioral issues with this dog and she’s been boarded at a variety of facilities. Regardless, the lack of communication was unacceptable.
