Drove 45 minutes to have a Pedicure at Lily's! All techs are great! Went there for about 10 years and moved away two years ago. It's been hard finding service, cleanliness and experienced techs as good as Lily's nail. Well worth the drive! Janice

I like the place I've never left there dissatisfied. Always friendly to me.
Never seen her pick one over the other, some have appointments and come in groups for bridal or even birthday parties. I would ask Lily if you feel wronged.
No I do not think they can. Sometimes a tech has a bad day as well as a client. I only use Lily at Lily Nails.
