The staff at crossroads are the greatest, I recommend to anybody trying to get off opioids to get help, and this is the place to get your life back. Life is too short too be chasing that next pill high.

Trying to get care at this clinic has absolutely been the worst experience I have ever had . The nursing staff are incompetent and will not listen to anything you say the substance abuse counselors are nothing but paper pushers and totally lack any clinical skill. I came here from a clinic which had me on a stabilized dose of methadone this clinic seems to think it's in my best interest for the to cut my dose by over 50 mg leaving me in constant withdrawal my requests for a dose increase are simply ignored . They have absolutely responsible for my mental health deteriorating. They refuse to bill my health insurance which I had this treatment pre approved they say they simply don't bill this insurance instead they require me to pay 350.oo a month cash to pay for this kind of incompetence and lack of concern I never see a doctor even here. If you need substance abuse treatment do yourself a favor and do not come here
