I went in and was greeted by helpful staff to get my men's ring resized, but was then told it would cost around $440! This ring only cost $500. I told the staff that I would have guessed less the half, and certainly paid less then half. Very disappointed with a quote especially after being a repeat customer. The worst part of it all is my wife and I are celebrating our 17th year of marriage this weekend and I was planning to purchase her a new tennis bracelet, but I was so upset I don't even get a chance to look afterword...
