Ms. Lacy Shay said the truth and there is more to add in my opinion. I know some items are higher at Joanna store than they are in the Clinton stores how is this possible and where is that money going? Think this store should be checked by Corporate Office.

I have never been in this store without it being extremely disorganized, & overcrowded. There is barely any stocked items, everything is blocking the isles in boxes. The employees seem to just do whatever whenever, which is noticeably not their jobs. The checkout line takes so long due to the employees & customers chatting. I always have to go to another store to get what I'm looking for. The only hope for this store is to hire people not from Joanna. It isn't working.

Shop here a fair bit, always a decent experience! UPDATE : I generally try to avoid this place these days. They don't pay well, so they can't keep people in there, so the shelves are BARE, the people that DO work there frequently sit outside and smoke, and they are sitting on chairs that are for SALE. When I buy something NEW, I don't expect to be buying something that is WELL USED. I don't know who is managing, but something should be done. I am sure anyone in my area reading this right now will have seen the employees sitting outside smoking on brand new chairs. Absolutely unprofessional.
