Be careful of items that are on the shelf that are out if date. The people in this store don't seem to care about customer service, only to get a check. Cashier eating at the register, failing to ring up all your items etc. Lazy,incompetent.

First off I want to praise the team members of the local Ingles. They were very friendly and made sure I found what I was looking for. The store is clean and well stocked, I wasn't looking for much but was able to get everything I needed without having to do a ton of searching. I have to say it's always nice walking into a grocery store that, even when it's new to you, you aren't spending hours to find basics. There is tons of spaces and parking isn't an issue.

They have signs up that say please where ask upon entering. But people still don't abid by these signs. They do have stickers on the ground to direct traffic one way. I havent seen anyone wiping down the carts but I see they leave the wipes for the customers use. And they have safety screens up at the register.

I'm not sure. I don't think so. Liquid would probably spoil if not refrigerated.
You could call them to find out. I do not know myself, except that they contain a lot of processed sugar and in the crust a lot of wheat product so aren't healthy for you to eat at all. You can make your own blueberry jam with raw blueberries and real raw honey and eat all you want that way.
