Not only did she have him loaded in mere minutes, but taught him to load consistently and without all the fuss and obstinance he was previously displaying. The staff was great. They were very patient and guided my granddaughter at her own pace. The lesson was thorough from grooming to saddling to riding. The horses appeared to all be well cared for. The location was tucked in an unexpected residential area so a bit tight for all that was there, but great people and great riding experience for our granddaughter.
