Handle with Care Packaging Store of Roanoke did an incredible job packaging and shipping a piece of antique pottery for me. They retrieved the item from an antique store in Roanoke, securely packaged and double-boxed it, and shipped it for delivery. This fragile and heavy 170-year-old stoneware jug was perfectly packed and arrived quickly and safely. They used very high-quality boxes and materials, did an excellent job securing the item, and did a great job marking the box fragile (with stickers all over the box). The quality of their work is excellent, and I recommend them highly.

Yes. When your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a website address and tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment if available through the carrier.
Our standard turnaround time for domestic shipments is 10-14 business days from pickup to delivery. For our blanket or pad wrap service it ranges from 3 to 10 weeks.
Yes. However, if you pack your own items they are classified as "Packed by Owner" which then can only have declared value coverage for disappearance.
