There's someone there till at least 9pm. They stop cutting meat between around 6 or 7pm to start cleaning up. Once they start cleaning the cutting saws, they will only restock the meat counter, rewrapping and answering questions.
As of my knowledge it does not have bustle decaf coffee. Also according to google maps the closest store to that location with bustle decaf coffee is Drip-Thru Coffee in Stockbridge, but this is on google maps and may not always be reliable. Hope I was of help.
