Literally 30 mins in line and I get wrong food… waiting an additional 10 mins for the correct order… insane would have left out of line but I couldn’t back up or go straight… oh, yea and my food was cold… and the dining room was closed

Just waited 15 min to get to the front of the drive through and when I got to the front no one would answer, waited 5 min but no one even said “it’ll be a min” just complete radio silence.

This have to be the absolute worst McDonald’s in Henry county Georgia. They are only letting people go inside who are Uber eats or other kind Of food pick up people you cannot order yourself there. The manager needs to be fired. This is the worst McDonald’s ever!!!

Almost always slow at the drive thru. Check your order before you drive off.
Yup and they always leave things out. And food seems like reheated leftovers.
that particular location is the WORST. everytime I go past (no matter what time),the drive thru is ALWAYS jammed.
It's been horrible there lately ....inside isn't any better either

It varies on people working night shift. They clean it when they get a chance. Normally I'd say 10pm-12am would be a no go but it varies.
