Got my glasses a couple months ago and have to go in weekly to get 1 ear piece tightened and have to hear the same story every time from one of the employees there which makes it look like it’s my fault there is a fault in the frames and basically saying live with it. I won’t get another pair of glasses there nor will I refer anyone to them.

Super nice and informative. You can't beat their prices either. In my opinion, the only thing that could use improving is their hours

Cheap glasses and frames. Fast turnaround. These are cheap glasses but, you get what you pay for.
