This place was our only option when our hotel in IOP did not have a laundry. The man working was rude and miserable. He rolled his eyes at my questions and the hour that I had to spend inside of this place was the worst hour of our entire trip- I would highly recommend not using this business

I echo the other reviewers that experienced poor service here. Didn't even stay long enough to do our laundry, the guy working was so incredibly rude that we decided to drive 30 mins elsewhere. Avoid this place at all cost.

If you can go anywhere else... it is worth the extra miles. This is the most unfriendly and unhelpful service. The people who work here are clearly miserable and don't want to be bothered. Both drop off and pick up... same annoyance from the team but at pick up.... there was no one else there or anything else happening and the man who "helped me" could not even be bothered to hold the door open while I hauled out very heavy laundry bags. He ignored me and looked through receipts while I was trying to move huge and heavy bags. I even had to ask which bags were mine because he took my credit card, handed it back and then walked away. SO RUDE.
