Really not you welcoming, homley place it used to be. The fact that there was a bunch of teenagers just hanging out charging phones made it awkward. Also with the fact that out of the 3 people working, only one was able to help anyone so the line really backed up.

Not 100% sure, but I don't think so.
The one in Seneca is a Verizon retail store.
It almost impossible to speak to someone over the phone. But if you go to the store location, they will put you in a queue and get to you as soon as they are able to. Once they finally do get to you they will spend as much time with you as you need.

Go into your app drawer by either pressing the main button, or if it's a touch screen there should be a round button at the bottom, hit that and go into the area where all of your apps are, look for the contacts icon, press it until you can move it with your finger and slide it to the left back onto your home screen.
