Do not put your loved ones in this place. Very unfriendly and lazy staff that are there for a pay check they do not care about your loved ones. Very sad for anyone in this place.

Autumn Care has always strived to go above and beyond. You can’t believe everything you read online and there is always more to the story. If the people writing negative comments only realized that the staff spend more time with your loved ones than their own family and try so hard, you’d take a step back. There is an amazing bunch of loving caring people that work there. No one can save anyone with a terminal illness, dementia, etc. But if the public only knew how much the employees give up to make sure the Residents are well taken care of , there wouldn’t be so much bad mouthing going on. Autumn Care is a wonderful place and the Residents get spoiled. End of story.
