Do not go here! I dropped off a chainsaw for repair to which I was given 3 to 5 business days turnaround time. Three weeks later and after many frustrating phone calls, they tell me that it’s finally ready, when I drive 20 minutes to get there their employee tells me that they made a mistake and I was the wrong customer that they called. They couldn’t fix my chainsaw and assured me that they would contact the manufacturer so that I can get a replacement. They did no such thing. A month later when I called the manufacturer trying to get my replacement chainsaw, they told me that the report from the shop had just come in a month later. The people that work here are lazy, incompetent, and do not deserve business

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! I TOOK MY MOWER FOR A SERVICE...JUST A SERVICE, I GO BACK TO PICK UP A WEEK LATER AND THE MOWER WILL NOT GO IN HIGHER GEAR MODES. IT TRAVELED LIKE IN GEAR 1 IN ALL GEARS. PAID $75 FOR SOMEONE TO DRIVE ME THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND HAD TO LEAVE THE MOWER. NEVER HEARD BACK...I BLEW THEIR PHONE UP FOR DAYS. FINALLY AFTER THEIR DELIVERY GUY COULDNT DELIVER AS PROMISED BY THE OWNERS IN THE THREE ADDITIONAL DAYS, THEY FOUND ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY DELIVERED. STEERING COLUMN IS MOVING, A PART ON THE STEERING COLUMN IS LOOSE AND HANGING, THE GEARS WILL NOT CHANGE INTO HIGHER GEAR AND NOW I AM AFRAID SOMETHING ELSE MAY BE WRONG. I HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO DELIVER TO A REPAIR PLACE NOW. JUST A SERVICE NOW NO MOWER WORKING CORRECTLY. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Not timely and will give you unrealistic finish dates. Takes a week for the diagnostic alone, but they'll take money for that upfront. Updated: after calling with no info on mower, I went up there and threw a mini fit and was able to get my lawn mower repaired day of spazzing. If you want updates... go to store and ask to put eyes on it
