They rescheduled my cool appointment because they didn't have my glass in stock, but when I pulled up to my appointment the door was locked. When their website states they open at 7 am.

The two ladies processing the orders are unprofessional. After a confirmed appt, I found out the day before (because I called), my windshield hadn’t come in and my appt was rescheduled. I was told multiple times I’d receive a call back, and no one ever called. I ultimately just went to another location.

I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for over a month now with this company. We are on our 4th appointment that we have had to reschedule. Every time they come out something happens and they can’t do the work. It’s ridiculous. I finally had to cancel.

Avoid! They tried to return my key, broken. They improperly installed my new window 3 times. It still sounds like its grinding when it rolls down but I refused to stick around any longer. They could not give me a discount because they don’t know how to operate their own computer systems. Never again. Avoid!
