All the times I've used this company it was all good until they went up on their price without letting me know so I canceled.They tried to say they didn't have a record of me canceling and sent out a technician to do the service without my approval. The manager was rude and not willing to resolve this issue in any kind of way. Just be aware of price hike and customer service. Never had a problem with the technicians.

This is an update to an earlier review . All is good , issue could have been avoided if Arete had my email address . Instead they had my real estate agents email as my contact info. They fixed it on their end and I am happy !
