Our home is only as strong as the people in it. When I moved in we were know as a luxury apt complex. Quality assured. Newest management is doing a great job on the issues that were left behind from previous attempts at "new" management. I am speaking after Melinda & crew left. The grounds guys are trying to keep up with the constant lack of care for their lives ( aka garbage men/ butlers). We could help.Just be grown ups , not adult children. Most children know where trash goes.( if the shoe fits) Then maybe you can get your appliances fixed and drains unclogged quicker. To the NEW VORH team( office & maintainance)... keep up the effort and good work on our home!

Joe Mirabel was absolutely outstanding in rectifying several issues with my unit. I’ve loved here for almost 2 years and in that time span he is by far the most helpful maintenance worker on site. His professionalism, customer service, and eagerness to assist tenants is truly impeccable. There is now new property management on site and they are certainly making a change for the better. I’m excited to see what more change they will bring.

Perpetually incompetent and continually rotating management staff. B and M provides cut-rate sales people, not competent management. All of the comments telling reviewers to contact the office is disingenuous, to say the least. The phone has not been answered for resident concerns in over a year and management refuses to return calls. When confronted, they cower, make excuses and threaten residents. The attempt to collect fraudulent fees is commonplace and specifically targets disabled tenants. For the "owner" comment: 3 stars was a gift, heres the rest of the review i deleted, just so theres no rhetorical questions as aresponse in the future: RENTERS BEWARE****** INVESTORS BEWARE***** This complex is in a state of rapid deterioration and has been for approximately 3 years in an area already losing value. The grounds are continuously covered in trash, a lot of it food waste inside the building hallways and common areas as well as the grounds. The trash cans regularly sit overflowing in all areas for more than a month at a time. This situation has persisted for longer than a year. As a result of the compounding trash problem the building walls are UNBELIEVABLY infested with SEVERAL BREEDS of cockroaches and the surrounding grassy areas are infested with fleas and other biting insects. There is literal trash and cockroaches everywhere except the front office entrance area. The dog park has been in a state of disrepair due to tolerated abuse for 3 years now, there are liability hazards in the destroyed fence and numerous old and new knee-deep holes.  Dog park is also often covered in waste. Poor management and ignorance of general liability and tenant well-being has turned a nice neighborhood to live in into a trash-covered, insect infested, disgusting place to be stuck in within a remarkable 3 years. All it would take to change is gor management to care enough to regularly walk the grounds and handle the very clear and obvious problems. This is not the case. Management has never even checked grounds enough to have an issue in a common area fixed within a year. Tenants are expected to provide quality control for this company while the rent increases or is presented to them nearly 10-20% higher than most other better kept apartment complexes in the area. The above average price of rent does not reflect the digusting and deteriorating conditions the complex regularly maintains. Read the other reviews, this has all been a consistent problem for almost a half of a decade. None of it is disclosed to new tenants. Other tenants: find the VRH tenant union on facebook and send a message.

I am staying here since 6 months, apartment are good from inside but they don't keep it clean. I guess that is everyone's job as neighbors. Very dirty in elevator and stairs. Maintenance team is not so good too, one one person is good in their team is "joe".. very nice guys and very efficient. I can give full credit to him ,he is only guy for whom my money on service is worth.
