I made this reservation for my family (2 adults & 3 kids) as they were traveling home from vacation. I was having a difficult time finding a place that had room for 5 persons in the room. When I found this place, I made a call and spoke with Don. He was so friendly and helpful. I was able to reserve and pay for the room over the phone. Upon arrival, I was told that all the staff was very professional and warm. Their room had 2 Queen beds and 1 Sofa. The room was large and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Before they checked out the next morning they took advantage of the FREE hot buffet breakfast and they said it was very good and lots of variety for both adults and children. I am always concerned when my kids and grandkids are traveling but Don said they would take great care of them and they exceeded all our expectations! Thank you so much!

Seems like a high rating for a 3 star hotel, BUT starting with our check in everything was pleasant and smooth. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Only downside was it was difficult to see TV from the sofa, but that is certainly minor! Would recommend. We will stay again anytime we travel to/from Richmond.

My family and I had an amazing stay. This is a dog friendly hotel and more importantly clean. Michelle gave insightful information for the surrounding neighborhoods and make sure we had an amazing stay. Thanks to all the staff and Ms. Michelle!

Positive: The breakfast is very good comparatively. Every staff member we met or spoke with were so kind, friendly and helpful. If the pool was cleaner we would come every time we visit my grandmother. Negative: I chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool. The pool is a lot cleaner than it was back at Thanksgiving but it needs a good scrubbing. PLEASE CLEAN THE POOL!!!
