One star because "A window" was installed and another star because the installers were very professional. Missed a star because the original estimate of time was 4 months, it took 8. Missed another star because every time I reached out it was an average of 3 phone calls and messages before I could get a call back. Finally missed the last star because after waiting the 8 months for my window, it was the wrong window. The window which was requested was supposed to be a 60 inch wide with 20 inches of glass, so around a 24" window. They ordered and installed a 60 inch by 20 inch window leaving the glass only 13 inches tall. It looks so weird. No window size was on any correspondence with window world including the quote. Spoke with the estimator and we disagree on what was requested. I'm the customer so I guess I'm wrong. Called and texted the installation manager without any response. Why can't people just do what they are supposed do? Good luck using this company.

When pet door was locked an Irish Setter puppy was able to destroy the bottom of the Door This is not a large fully grown dog The product actually is a paper thin piece of Fiber glass with a Vinyl coating filled with Foam. Not warranted or suited for its purpose I have called Service and had no response from the company only saying it was my fault and they would not honor warranty the builder grade door it replaced lasted 15 yrs!! We had a couple of extra large sliding glass doors that needed to be replaced so we reached out to Window World. Lance the salesman came out and was upfront on the turnaround time but assured us that we’d absolutely be happy with their work. And bit was he right!! Connor and his crew came out and removed our old doors and installed the news ones. Connor and his guys took their time and the new doors look amazing. I can’t thank these guys enough. -Charlie

Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.

Melissa Baker | Oct 31, 2018

Sorry. We do not service Kentucky at all.

Seems to me replacement of the window would be the responsibility of the one who ran the car through the window. That's what happened when my friend hit someone's house?!

Catherine Morenings | Oct 31, 2018
Lisa Taylor | Oct 31, 2018

My car, my house and my insurance.. Point being the insurance for a claim you pay for when buting window(s) from them. They only make good on like "rock flung by a mower" not when the window frame is bent!
