Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground

We have been coming to this campground and motel for over a decade. The view from the front porch of the motel is spectacular! At night, there's always fireflies playing in the nearby fields. The owners take great pride in their campground by keeping the grounds, bathhouse and rooms immaculate.There's always a warm welcome for us. It's our home away from home and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Nice small campground and a great location. Enjoyed our stay. Owners were very nice. We had site#13. Good site with a deck which is nice. Power box is at front of site. So if your cord is at the back of your RV like us you can't back up all the way.

I highly recommend this campground and it's cabins. They are cozy and just what you need with beds, coffee, mini fridge, cute little deck with chairs, and a fire pit. It was easy to find, check in was smooth, and everything was clean. The bathrooms are clean and private, you get a shower, sink, and toilet all to yourself in each bathroom. A peaceful place to stay!

Had to do our due diligence and come leave a review for this nice little campground. The layout was nice. There were separate sections on the campground for different types of camping (cabins, RV’s, tents, etc.) with all the sections circling the bathhouse that was in the center of the campground so everyone had equal distance access. Instead of communal bathroom stalls and shower stalls like other campgrounds, there were 5 private bathrooms each with its own commode, sink and shower stall. The water was nice and hot! We stayed on the tent camping row and each spot was spacey with its own picnic table, in-ground fire pit with a grill that flipped on/off, water tap and electric outlet. It was in a pretty spot right next to a scenic outlook. The owners were very nice and helpful. Making reservations was a breeze.
