if i could give it 0 stars i would! they are a sorry excuse for a health dept. every time i call they say they only do same day appointments to call back at 8am & when i called back at 8am the lady says they are already booked for the day! LIE AGAIN LADY NOT POSSIBLE!!

The school is requiring me to get a form from these people, sign says they open at 8:30 but it is 9:09 a.m. Monday morning and no one is here the doors are locked and the lights are all out, hello?
