Waited 25 mins to get to front. At Carrollton location. Looks like they are training someone the girl doesn't say hello when you come up to the window didn't offer to take my money then finally someone else came behind her and asked me what order I had didn't take my money finally the girl took a gave me my order and then asked me how I paid already she's the only one standing at the cash register she took my $10 bill did not take the correct change I had for her so then when she gave me my change back she gave me the wrong change even though I had given her the 63 cent this place is messed up

I use the mobile app, within the last 30 days I've ordered about 5xs. Everytime my one drink that I order is never ready. I order 10 to 15 min ahead. I walk in, not done. Today I ordered 20 to 25 mins ahead, walked in not there. I had to wait 5 mins for them to make it. I gave them 2 stars bc the iced signature lattes are amazing. They really need to do better!
