We have tried calling the office several times and reaching out since Thursday of last week!! May 27th 2021!!! It is June 1st!! No replies to emails, answering of the phones, or call Backs! Typically I’m not the adamant but when it comes to being able to get treatment done for quality of life, I expect better.

This place was phenomenal from start to finish! My husband needed a MRI badly, everything was such a hassle until we were referred to MRI of Charleston and Faith took care of us immediately. She was prompt and professional! Bryan was hands down the best tech that we have ever encountered! I went in for an MRI and chose the self pay option so I was billed at the cost of $400 for the sell pay option. A month after the procedure I receive a bill from my insurance company for $520 for an MRI. So the office collected my self pay option of $400 and also billed my insurance for the MRI at $520. The office is telling me it is too late to un-claim it from insurance and I am responsible for the $520 but I will be credited $400 from the office. So I am paying $520 for an MRI that would have cost me $400 had they not double billed me. Terrible service by this office, very unsatisfied. Update: MRI of charleston ended up crediting me for the service as they admitted it was there fault for double billing.

Hi Cornelia, thanks for your question. We unfortunately for not have an open MRI. Our facility is equipped with a standard, short bore 1.5T unit. We would be happy to talk to you about the options we have available to make your condition as comfortable as possible.

Martha, thanks for your question. We do not perform CT scans at our facility. However it may be worth it to check with your referring provider if an MRI would suffice for this purpose.
Hi Renee, thanks for your question! Our facility is equipped with a 1.5T, short-bore machine that can accommodate patients up to 300 pounds. We are ACR (American College of Radiology) accredited meaning that our program has met strict standards for staff qualifications, quality control, safety policies and image quality.
