Brought in an antique silver ring to have the band soldered. They fixed the band but crushed the center of the ring, distorted the pattern surrounding the center and removed all the patina. It now looks like a crushed gum ball machine ring. This was such a simple repair. Could not have imagined it could go so wrong.

BEWARE! This Fly by night Scam Shop is totally Unprofessional and RUDE! I had 2 Rings Sized. The first Ring had Several Diamonds in it that were made loose by their Shoddy work and 1 day after picking up the first ring, one of my diamonds fell out. I took it to another MORE REPUTABLE shop locally to have it fixed. Another week passed, when I came To pick up my second ring that unfortunately they had before I picked up the first, they cracked it and did a terrible job sizing it… rough and sharp edges. These people obviously do not take customers as a priority! They even refused to discount the sizing even $1 after terribly Messing up both sizing. “They only care about your money” I have pictures and receipts from repair from another shop after getting my jewelry back from these Scam artists!
