Extremely disorganized. I've been waiting months for an appointment because they never told me that i had to pick up a physical cd and carry it across the parking lot to their own specialist before they would see me. When I call the records office and they say "just stop by any time during business hours and they'll give you the disc". So I drive 80 miles to do this, they tell me that i have to fill out a form and come back tomorrow.

I was unsure of what area I needed to be in so I went into a familiar office. The wonderful receptionist pointed me to the right area then called the golf cart transport to take me there. John checked me in very quickly. Sara, Allison & Mike took care of me from there. All of the staff were friendly & professional.

Dr. Jhunjhunwala and his staff are so very impressive to work with. I’m a patient and received a pain block today. Every step of the way the nurse, Janey, explained what the procedure involves. Dr. J, Janey, and Wes (X-ray) did an excellent job taking care of me.

Myra, the nurse manager should be fired. She has ran so many employees off and should not be in leadership there. She deliberately causes trouble. The leadership there is very clicky and makes for a terrible work environment!!

I couldn't say for sure. Best to call and check beforehand.
If you are a patient food is provided. If you need help physically to eat the food they have nursing staff. If you are staying with a patient during treatment you are welcome to the cafeteria or to order room service.
No, you need to go to a COVID testing site
Yes
Yes, Dr. Mobly is Absolutely Fantastic.
Probably where only patients and hospital personnel can go.
Ask about hospital sponsorship. If they don't offer it I know Bon Secors and Prisms do. My husband had a cancerous kidney removed on sponsorship.
Please call the hospital main number and you will be promoted how to reach the room. 🤗
Start with your nurse. Maybe he/she can guide you in the right direction. Or go to the front check in desk. Ladies there are very friendly.
I'm not exactly sure. It's best to call your insurance provider.PPO networks are usually good.
I have in the past, picked up a cancellation.
I am not at, but you will have a quick triage.
You'll want to ask your doctor or nurse about specific details of treatment.
Most SRHS locations do. You may need to accept the conditions. In your browser, try accessing 1.1.1.1 and proceeding through the portal.
It changes frequently. They have billboards that give the current wait time, or you could also try their website or call.
8 am to 8 pm if I'm correct
