The room was the cleanest that I have ever stayed at! The rate was around $90, and I found it for $59 online, the owners honored my rate!!!!! The microwave and refrigerator were clean and worked well! The breakfast was exceptional, there was a waffle iron and the mix was dispensed for a fresh waffle each time! Note to owner: it would be advantageous to tell guests there isn't an elevator. For senior citizens (like myself) it was a bit difficult to get our bags up the stairs! Other than the stair issue, I loved the place!!!

Great check in experience. Staff yelling at their screaming toddler was not the best experience. This happened both Friday and Saturday, I left before Sunday. (A day early) Moldy acoustic ceiling tile in bathroom. Housekeeping ignores 'do not disturb'. Laminate flooring is easily cleaned. Good A/C. Intermittent WiFi. Many small parking spaces. Old mattresses.

We stayed one night. I was told that we needed a $50 cash deposit for the room in case of theft or damage, as we booked through booking online. My reservation didn't give me that info. The lady said that I could use another card for the deposit. No biggie. We later realized that $86.00 was taken out of that account. Our room was $115/night. This is not a $200/night hotel... It smelled musty, but served it's purpose as we traveled to our destination. The morning sunrise from our room was beautiful. Note: We were able to get out $86 back after disputing the fee with our bank, but it shouldn't have even needed to happen.

The employees were great. Both the morning and evening receptionist were very friendly. No complaints. My complaints are about the building itself. At a glance, it seems new. On a closer inspection, it's just an illusion. They cheaply and sloppily threw new fittings onto everything to make it seem new. There is a long list of issues. My room had cracks in the wall. Mildew from the shower in the bathroom. My smoke detector was unplugged. Just a ton of small stuff that was glanced over when renovating the hotel. The beds sucked! Super firm and flat pillows. Bed was clean. The worst part is the thin walls. Pray you don't have neighbors constantly going in and out of their room. You will hear ever loud slam off their door. You will also hear muffled conversation of your neighbors too. I didn't get a great night's sleep. The price was good but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Tldr: Employees good. Room is poorly renovated. Thin walls lead to poor sleep.
