I myself am a customer there. I absolutely LOVE THEIR SELECTIONS!! I can't comment as to whether they have starburst flavor (I now SERIOUSLY hope that they do lol) But their pens and box pens are extremely varied both in design and price. I believe their prices for the pens range anywhere from 20$ up to 150$. I'm estimating here so it has wiggle room for a bit lower or higher. I've now purchased 3 different type of vapes from them since a year and a half ago and they all STILL WORK fantastically so their products are well made!!! Happy hunting and hope this helps at least a little =)
