I was a walk-in appointment shortly after they opened on a week day. I was immediately helped. See did my acrylics and did a fantastic job. I told her what I wanted & she delivered! I always have a hard time settling on a color but she was so patient & I never felt rushed. All of the staff seemed friendly and helped everyone promptly. My nails look amazing and I will definitely be making Nails R Us my go to! See did an amazing job. She was so friendly & professional. If you are looking for someone to do your nails, I recommend NAILS R US. Ask for See. I will definitely be seeing her again for my nail needs. Thank you See for my beautiful nails!

This is an awesome day spa nail salon. Had a great relaxing time with my best friend there, we got the volcano pedicure and I for sure recommend it! So nice. They are clean and friendly and we had no wait. Lots of chairs set up to serve lots of people at the same time.

The man who did my nails was very rude and pushy. He kept telling me to quit following him, I'd try to position my hand to help facilitate the ease of the nail tips application. Other customers could hear this!! Making me embarrassed and considering not returning to the location! Plus, prices weren't posted anywhere visible so when it was time to checkout I was left with a $51.00 bill! I only had nail tips and regular nail polish applied so why did it cost so much!? Update: I contacted the person I was told to contact and as of today the matter has not been resolved but I hope it will be in the future.

I went to get a pedicure with a couple of friends we went on a Sunday we got sat in the pedicure chairs right away. For the basic pedicure it was $36 but I made the mistake of agreeing to gel polish and it ended up costing me an extra $15 which I think is a little pricey but I understand with inflation. I think it depends on who you get the person I got they took their time but I felt like my friends was a little rushed cause mine was started about 15 minutes after and when I got done she was right behind me. The person who did mine did hurt me a little with the nail file and the gel hurt my skin I think he might have gotten sims on my skin. Also I felt comfortable in the chairs being a bigger girl I know that’s my big problem with getting pedicures I get scared of that. Also got my eyebrows done another time I think it was $15 I can’t recall which is a good average price the lady wasn’t too friendly tho. Overall the place is very sanitary from what I saw the pedicure stuff if from a sealed pack they make sure to change the liner bathrooms are very clean. I would go back for a pedicure
