I've been going here since I was a child and I have never had such a horrible experience such as this. My original doctor was out and I had to see someone else. The doctor was wonderful. She diagnosed me and said she would have some medicine called in. Mind you, this is at 930 am and I've had a raging fever all morning long. I wait at the pharmacy for 2 hours for them to tell me they haven't received a prescription. I go back to the doctors office to see what's going on and they tell me they will let the nurse know to call immediately. 2 more hours pass, I call again for the receptionist to tell me the nurse, Joanna, has simply just not sent my prescription. No reason, just didn't. It's now 2 pm, thanksgiving is tomorrow and I won't be able to get my medicine after today to break this fever. Still I have not received a response. The fact that I've visited twice since 930 am, called a total of 8 times, and been told they would call it in when they still have not is absolutely unacceptable. Joanna, the nurse has completely disregarded that it is her duty to call medicine in for sick patients and disregarded the fact that it is a holiday tomorrow and this is the only day to go get my medication. at this point, i cant get my medication and will now have to sit and suffer today, and the thanksgiving holiday because 1 nurse simply didnt want to do HER JOB. The lack of care and behavior from this nurse has absolutely disgusted me and i am truly disturbed by the lack of care I have received today from someone who's job is to care for others health. Do freaking better.

I absolutely love Dr.Bennett he’s so wonderful and listens to all your concerns but the staff oh my gosh! I called this morning to get my medicine switched over this is the second time Leslie has made me cry I was getting switched to someone in billing but I had to hang up because she made me cry. She is the rudest nurse I’ve ever talked to in my entire life! The first time I talked to her she called me to ask how I was doing with covid and then I told her my anxiety was extremely bad and this woman told me to read some books go to the hospital if I have any problems that really hurt my feelings you don’t say stuff like that to someone struggling with severe anxiety. This morning I told her about me not having enough money to come and to reschedule and just asked her an estimate she said I’m a nurse I can’t tell you that. Maybe I’m just extremely sensitive and it’s my anxiety doing this to me but it’s not what she said it’s how she said it. Also the front desk I can’t I simply just asked for my records for disability they wouldn’t give them to me because they don’t do that there. If you don’t have insurance I would not recommend this place they add however much they want to charge you I’m always given different prices. When I was homeless I had to pay $145 for just 10 minutes of talking to Dr.Bennett! I would never come back to the place because I don’t feel like they treat me good at all and I feel especially the front desk or when I send a question to my chart my concerns don’t get heard because I do have anxiety. This is the worst office I’ve been too not because the doctor because the staff.
