I purchased a hot tub from them two years, and they have been great from the start! I called them this week to check if my warranty would cover replacement jets because a few of mine had broken. I spoke with Logan Waller over the phone, and he was AWESOME! He explained that the jets were not covered under warranty, but he found that they had the ones I needed in their warehouse and gave me a great price! Logan went above and beyond to help me, and I can’t thank him enough!

Chris was a great salesperson and very knowledgeable. Brad the General Manager made sure to fix all issues with our hot tub. The first hot tub delivered was a dud. They quickly replaced it and made sure Oliver came out and made sure all worked. Logan always was nice and kind when I called and offered help. The reason for a 4/5 is because the one service person never showed up like we were told but had a gentleman out next day. Chris is my go-to salesman from now on. I plan to purchase a pool, game arcade, firepit and possible outdoor furniture in the future. I do hope I continue to have a positive experience so I can continue to give a good review and purchase more in the near future. Things happen out of our control it's how we handle it after is what makes or breaks a business. Thank you, family leisure, for making this right.

Purchased a spa from Family Leisure last November. The sales process was flawless. The customer service since the purchase has been exceptional! I have dealt with the service and parts department on a couple of occasions and Tyler gets me fixed up without hesitation. He makes the small problems that sometime occur go away.
