This has been the worst experience. We spent over $4,000 on two matching power recliners. They delivered two non-matching recliners with different remotes and one of them makes a noise when putting the footrest down. We called 6 times with no return calls. So, we had no choice but to put a stop payment to the chairs. And guess what? Still have not received a call and the chairs are still sitting in our living room. Worst experience ever. I’ll never ever return.
