Took my niece for her 15th birthday today and she enjoyed every moment! Even my son wanted one after seeing how soothing and relaxing it was. If I could give 100 stars I would. Perfect day and experience! Definitely recommend!

The salon and the location are nice however it would be beneficial to have someone that speaks English in your business. Yesterday as a new customer, I asked for a pedicure. The lady agreed and told me that she spoke very little English and obviously understood nothing I said. She kept explaining in very broken words that I had a choice of 40 50 or $60 pedicure. I explained that I wanted calluses trimmed and a gel pedicure. I explained that I know the callus tool is usually extra, and I would be ok with that. She was unable to tell me the difference of the packages because of the language barrier. The whole pedicure was awkward because she kept asking if I was ok, obviously one of few phrases she repeats without understanding. I was charged $50 for a toenail trim and polish basically. My feet are not ‘deluxe pedicure’ as paid for. I gave the lady a $3 tip to which I could feel her disappointment, but I did not get what I paid for. Will not be back.

I have been going to lake nails since they opened. I have always had a great experience. Evy does a fabulous job on my nails - including designs! The Spa pedicure is work the extra (minimal extra) - with the stone message and choice of scent.

are appointments required to get a full set of acrylics done?

Normally no, but we currently have one technician able to do acrylics well. The other tech is pregnant and isn't able to.
