First of all, the residents here were not difficult to care for. The individuals that work here made it their mission to cause as much misery to fellow co-workers as possible. You know the saying, "misery loves company". A lack of communication & teamwork, disrespect, pettiness, shall I go on? If you're thinking of applying here, you should move on and find somewhere else.

This facility should be more delivery friendly. This is my second instacart delivery here and the woman at the front is less than accommodating. Between 5 heavy bags, getting a mask, signing in and going to the 2nd floor instead of her suggesting a better place to park and delivery in the easiest way possible she puts a note on my car stating “no parking here” even though when I arrived there were two others cars parked up front. I wasn’t blocking the entrance as I parked on the curb before the entry way. No one wants to deliver to the customers at this facility because it is VERY VERY difficult especially when it’s a large heavy order and we don’t have a convenient space to unload.

My parent lived in the Independent Living side for approx 2 1/2 years. Facility is beautiful. Management not so much. Food when she was there wasn't anything to brag about & continued serving same type meals when asked for suggestions in their random mgmt/tenant meetings. My parent died alone in her room. I found her. I pulled all the alarm cords but the one in bathroom plus calling 911. I was devastated as one can imagine. No one came for over 15 minutes. A CNA confirmed the 15 minutes with Adam (employee) standing right there. I had to ask a guest to go to lobby to get assistance. The guest came back & said receptionist said she was busy & would get to the alarms when she could. Yes, I know the facility can't perform CPR in the independent side. I needed a staff member. I was alone. I never received a note, a call, a sympathy card or anything from the facility, the manager, Patti. Very disappointed & would Not recommend Harmony. I've read the reviews which all seem basically the same....so please don't ask me to call at my convenience. No empathy at this facility. More interested in the all money. Be sure to ask about the yearly rate increases!
