I applied for an apartment on August 13, 2022. They didn’t accept me. I have been waiting for the reimbursement of the administrative fees for two months. They asked me for my address to send check. Check not received until today. I'm tired of writing and calling the corporate. Receive no money or response. I feel robbed

I have lived here over 2.5 years. At first the facility was great. All the amenities well maintained and clean. In the last year or so maintenance of amenities has become unacceptable. I put in several maintenance tickets over months and one grill still was not fixed. Common area TVs often do no work. The attention to detail and customer service is lacking. It’s a shame because it’s a nice facility, but I would not recommend it.

After almost 6 months searching the Greenville area for the 'right ' apartment to relocate to from Long Island I'm very happy to say we chose Hawthorne at Simpsonville. This was not our first choice but ultimately its our final choice in large part due to the courteous professionalism of Milton the leasing agent on staff. I spoke to dozens of leasing agents who were energetic and all smiles for the first 20 minutes but then they never returned calls or emails which makes the entire process impossible when you are trying to close a deal from 800 miles away. Milton on the other hand was the ONLY person who consistently returned all calls and messages and ultimately did his very best to take the stress out of a very challenging process. We cannot thank him enough and I can only hope others are as fortunate as we have been. BRAVO!!
