If you have bought your car from Subaru I’d say it’s beneficial to go to them for services. They’ve offered different promotion over the years for free oil changes when you buy with them. They get the job done and typically have courtesy cars if it will take a while. The staff we interact with is friendly and useful. We have never had a bad experience with them and because we are “loyal customers” they go above and beyond for us every time.

Went here because Grand Prix is my usual but so far from where I live now, plus this place is close to great breweries! Went in planning to get a full 60k service but ended up being more than I could handle. I agreed to get the work done and then decided about 10 minutes later to change. My service rep Lou was super gracious, calm, and helpful. He politely explained the cost of everything when I asked and that the bundle is really the only option because a la carte is much more. ANYWAY, he was super understanding when I took away about 9/10ths of work from him which I was super grateful for. Can't speak for the other guy, but Lou was great and the service was speedy!
