If I could give a zero I would. I booked a CT scan, and mri for neck and back appox 1.5 weeks ago. I had a 330 appointment and arrived at 310pm. I was seen at 5pm for my mri. When booking my appointment I explained my children have services speech and ot at 530pm and they need to be picked up at daycare too. The lady informed me there will be more than enough time. Hence, I had to cancel their services and still waiting to see if the company is going to charge me for canceling last minute. While there, I explained my situation and they did not seem to care nor understand. They kept telling me 10 mins over and over again. It was 4pm, then 420pm, 440pm.. etc...some of the staff was rude becuase I said I will reschedule and bring my kids, I need to leave. They kept saying its only a few more minutes, which in turn was an hour and a half. My daycare closes at 6pm. I left the facility at 5:40pm and would have never made it to the daycare to pick my kids. I had to find someoneto pick them up before they closed. This was the worst experience I ever had. I was freezing in the machine but just want to finish and get out of there. I would Never recommend Lindenhurst location.. I will be looking for another establishment.

I have been using ZP for as long as I can remember and it has never taken a week for a report. I just called to find out why and I’m told well it “SHOULD” be up on the portal sometime today (it’s 3pm) or MAYBE tomorrow. I find that unacceptable!!! If it was my hand or foot I wouldn’t care so much, but when it’s my lungs? I could be dying and both the doctor and I have to sit and wait until it’s convenient for ZP to get a 5 min CT scan read? I will definitely be rethinking my radiologic go to place next time I need something done.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. In and out rather quickly. Only bad thing is.. since my knees are bad now. There are outside steps you have to walk down inorder to get in the building. That's the only downside.

It's never fun getting this womanly testing done besides the stress of the tests themselves it is awaiting for the results. I have to say tho my two technicians were amazing. Lori and Stephanie - cant thank you enough! Thanyou!
