This has been my third very poor experience with Shakers, via Door Dash, and I think they’re out of strikes with me. When I used to dine-in at Shakers, I always ordered my favorite menu item, the feta chicken salad. Normally, it included strips of very tender roasted white meat chicken. However, every time I’ve ordered it for delivery through Door Dash, the chicken consists of small scraps of hard (presumably cooked much earlier in the day) skin with trace amounts of inedible meat and fat attached. If you wanted to eat this chicken, and I don’t think you would, you couldn’t because it’s impossible to chew it. The quality is entirely unacceptable, and I will never again pay $14.63, plus tax, Door Dash’s delivery charge, and driver tip, for a pile of lettuce, with a sprinkling of feta and chopped walnuts, some carrot shreds, and a handful of inedible chicken scraps that I didn’t feed my little dog because I was worried she’d choke on them.

My family's experience was great. Our server was courteous and attentive. Our app came quickly. Our drinks were never empty. The order was accurate and complete. It was a bit more expensive than we are used to paying for a casual night out, but worth the few dollars extra.

First time in Shakers. Short wait to get in, but it was expected and actually shorter than anticipated. They have tables,, booths, high tables and bar seating. They start with a complimentary dark bread and butter, the bread is fresh, warm and tasty. As appetizers we got onion rings and a nacho platter. They were enormous and yummy. I'm not a nacho expert but these nachos were easily the best Ihave ever had. I had the chicken stir fry, again huge plate and very tasty. My wife had the gorgonzola salad and she had no complaints either. Here is what my son had to say: "The mac n' cheese is soooooo oooooooooooooooooooooo good 👍 mis. Amber is the best manager in the world 🌎." I have to agree, the staff and manager was super nice. This experience wasn't that pricey and totally worth it.

My Mom and I stopped for lunch today for our very first visit. We order wings for appetizers and I had catfish and my mom had a chicken strip bowl. Our food was delicious and our waiter was great.we both agree that we would recommend Shakers.
