Horrible place, management is the the worse, cannot keep a steady staff, Holiday Retirement is all about the money not the residents. I wouldn't let a family of roaches live there. The upper management is sweet to your family in front of them, and talks about them behind closed doors

I am calling around to get pricing on IL and AL. Just called Haywood Est. The lady was rude when I asked if they had Independent Living and or Assisted Living. She barked, "Independent Living. If they want services beyond that, they have to hire their own help." I don't mind the honest answer but I think there is a much better attitude and delivery for such answer vs barking like that. The Good news, is we know NOT to trust a place who hires marketing people who act like that! Horrible

Do not move your loved ones into a Holiday Retirement Community. One community was serving their residents a meal off of a trash can. Photos do not lie and I have photos. Corporate was contacted but the owner is all about money not the residents. Do your research pull up Holiday Retirement online and read all about them even a stabbing in one of their communities in the kitchen. A lot of communities have a hostile work environment. Your loved ones don't need to be around that protect your elders
