What a hidden gem. Saw a bunch of happy staffers selling stuff in the tent at the ice fishing derby last February, and decided to go back again - place has been remodeled, selection improved, and smiles from behind the counter. I recommend the marinated chicken breasts for grilling.

On Friday July 22nd Was here before was good but I am here right now at 5:52 and he saw me and locked the doors and they close at 6 2 other Customers where also there. Food good but will not go again because of this what a horrible service showing customers are not important

The Butchery donated to our son's Cub Scout Pack for a fundraising event. We had hot dogs and bratwurst with the scouts for lunch, it was delicious so I thought I'd check out their business. The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable. I picked up some of their Colorado jerky to try & stuffed chicken breast to grill for dinner. The quality was wonderful, we will definitely be repeat costumers and recommend this business to others.
