We called Storm Group a few years ago to install new gutters on our 1905 home. It was a tricky installation with a curved porch and crown moulding. The whole process was really great - they made me feel at ease at every turn, from the initial consultation to completion. We called them again a couple years later when we lost some shingles from a wind storm. They worked with our insurance company and advocated for us to demonstrate that we needed a full roof repair. The roof repair went great, and since that time we had another small leak repair, and they were once again super responsive. I would happily recommend Storm Group to any of my friends. I'm so happy to have found them!!

I highly recommend Storm Group for your roofing replacement or repair work. I got started with them back in March of 2022. I had shopped around with other contractors but what set Storm Group apart from the rest was their pricing. While not the cheapest it felt fair, transparent. and high quality. During inspection, Kasey was prompt with the time he said he would show up and answered my questions professionally without trying to upsell or pressure me. After signing the quote, we hit a snag with getting the materials in. It took 2 months to get a new installation date. This was out of Storm Group's hands but Angel at their office made sure to communicate often even if there was no "new" news. That made the wait tolerable and reinforced I was dealing with professionals. Once the installation finished, it looked fantastic. Simon and his team did a fantastic job but I had a couple follow up questions on billing. Again, the team was responsive in getting back to me and addressing my questions. Nick Hesselink, their owner and CEO, personally made sure the minor issues were fixed and I was satisfied with the end results. The end result is I love my new roof and I am extremely pleased with the professional and responsive relationship I had with Storm Group. Thank you Angel, Kasey, Simon, Nick and the rest of the crew. 1. Initial bid and contracting process was great. 2. Roof replacement experience was likewise great. More specifically, during a time of high demand for roofers (hail damage which affected a 2X3 square mile area), the work was begun before winter set in. It was completed quickly, and nicely. 3. Thought it started out rough, my experience with siding replacement turned out very satisfying. Storm Group took ownership for the issues and worked very diligently to turn the situation around. Which, they did. The finished product is beautiful and very pleasing. 4. They were so effective in remedying the issues, that I retained them for additional work which also turned out very satisfying and went off without a hitch.
