They DO NOT OFFER home insurance in my zip code but instead of letting me know that upfront, they made me enter ALL my info just to waste my time and tell me they didn't offer coverage in my zip code

They advertise competitive rates. We are senior citizens with perfect driving records. Quoted 40% higher than current provider. You would think we would be the ones that they would love to have.

The company can withdraw $$$ quickly without telling you long story but they were in error when withdrew the money. But to return the $$$ they they had to issue a paper check. That has taken 2 weeks and still counting we are still waiting.
