Sounds like a scam. Just don't give it your information to anyone. Maybe you could call and report it to Spectrum CS.
There most likely isn't a way to do it if you cant log in. I know I can see it in my Spectrum Mobile app. I would personally call and ask if they can email it to you. Hope you're able to get it!

Sorry. I dont really play games on my phone. Give them a call and if they tell you no, then switch. However, you could always use another device if you wanted . Unless Spectrum removed it period. I hope someone will be able to help you find out. Good luck.
Usually you can click on recorded series and there should be a delete icon. If you can click on the shoe recorded and go to info there might be a stope series record or delete. Let me know if this is good information. I hope you get it figured out Pam Bourgoin
ACCN wasn't available to all spectrum customers. It depends on tv package you have with them. I know I didn't get it either. Said it wasn't in my package plan .might want to chat or call spectrum to see if in your plan
They may have said that you were getting the fastest speed internet but if the actual wires going to your house can't handle it then you will get a slower speed than you may have paid for

There is no way to reach a specific tech. The order number has to be looked up and an employee must reach out to a Tech Supervisor and they can pull the order and talk with the tech about any issues.
