Questions & Answers

What does it cost per visit and Medicine?

Shirley Rhinehart | Oct 31, 2019
Renee Yeary | May 3, 2022

your first visit will be approximately $175* (depending on which medication is dispensed). This includes medication, a B-12 injection, body fat analysis, lab work, nutritional counseling, all materials, and a visit with a physician. Everything you need to get started! You’ll return in 4 weeks so your physician can make sure the medications are working for you and go over your lab work. At each appointment, you will have a visit with a physician, get a B-12 shot, and medication(s). The cost for each visit (every 4 weeks) will be $70 plus medications which will be approximately $30-$45 for a month’s supply, depending on which appetite suppressant is use. The Bariatric Clinic does not file or accept insurance; however, we do accept health savings cards and will also supply you with cpt codes so you can apply for reimbursement. I copied and pasted this straight from the email I received yesterday (4/22/22).

Renee Yeary | May 3, 2022

First visit will be at least $175 maybe more depending on the types of meds/injections suggested and purchased by you. Then maintenance appoints going forward occur every 4 weeks and the visit itself is $70 and meds are between $30-$45. No insurances are accepted. All this info I received straight from the clinic through a response email from them about me inquiring about their services.
