Well I went to dispose my toilet at Republic there are very rude I had the toilet in the box that my new toilet came in and they wanted me to take the old toilet out of the box when I already had the toilet and tank connected together from the old toilet there's no way I was getting it out of the box and no one would help me put it in the big dumpsters So I left it on the ground for them in the parking lot And there was three or four workers just standing around talking to each other and they saw me trying to get it in the dumpster and they still wouldn't help me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... have called 5 times, was promised 3 times to have my garbage & recycling bins changed out for a smaller size and they never showed up 3 TIMES! Looking forward to working with Curbside Waste and having our HOA dropping Randy's Sanitation!!!

Never go back to Randy Republic Service. Service is unprofessional and bad. Miss pick up, lied to multiple times for reschedule pick up only to be lied to again and again until the next pick up. Trash and recycle!!! Customer service is horrible.

Our garbage has not been picked up since Wed. August 3rd because they forgot about us. We have been with RANDY'S for 20+ years. Called on Aug. 4th. They said it would be picked up by Friday Aug 5th. Hmmmmm, Still not picked up. Called again today 8-8-22. The lady on the phone was short and had HORRIBLE customer service. She told me I would get picked up on the 10th. THAT IS MY NORMAL PICK UP DAY. I said I would have to look for a new company. She stated that would be fine! This is unacceptable.
