They will literally not pick your trash up for weeks. Called several times on trash day (second week) and the the following day (after they didn't show) was promised a return pickup still never showed. -1 / 10 absolutely would not recommend.

Had a good experience with Curbside Waste. Improvement compared to Randy's. They actually pick up the phone, have good customer service, and pick up on time. Switched to another company only because a competitor had a lower price, but I can definitely see myself coming back, particularly if the price lowers. The contract I signed up for said bi-monthly billing, ~$45, so I assumed that meant a bi-monthly bill of ~$45, but it was actually ~$45/month, so ~$90 bimonthly. A little bit misleading/unclear on the contract, but that could just be me and the service was solid.

A business behind my house uses Curbside Waste and they are terrible. They regularly (and loudly) collect waste between the hours of 5:30 and 6 am directly outside my bedroom despite this being illegal in Minneapolis at these hours. My requests for them to stop doing this (I work late shift) have been ignored so I have no choice but to report them to the city. They backed into my wood fence and broke it. They have driven into my trash/recycle bins and spilled the contents into the alleyway without picking them up. And they regularly leave behind garbage in the alley. They are irresponsible and unprofessional.

Buyer Beware: Door to door sales takes your money, doesn't sign you up for service. Either D2D a scam, or Curbside has some messed up internal processes. Probably dodged a bullet looking at the Yelp and other review platforms, BBB etc. Looking at Google reviews, I'm surprised people are just so very excited right after signing up, lol.
