Ordered 2 panels of tempered glass from them for a railing project I was working on. They dropped them off in the house for free and the panels ended up being more affordable then anywhere else I looked (online included). One panel had a slight imperfection and they corrected the issue, no questions asked, and had a replacement panel ordered. Overall great experience and very friendly staff!

Worth your time to look elsewhere. We ordered a custom glass shower door for our brand new master bath. When the installer came he measured incorrectly and drilled into our tile in the incorrect place, leaving two very noticeable holes. He scratched up the bracket holding the glass on the wall as well. We also noticed the black trim pieces were very scratched and the installer left globs of glue everywhere. See photos. It took 3 months to finally have our tile replaced, a new bracket put on the door, and the door reinstalled. They said the trim pieces couldn’t be replaced and came scratched from the manufacturer … well don’t install them that way then! So now we are left with scratched trim pieces and still glue globs and streaks all over. No discount was given for the hassle and damaged pieces either. The only thing that was right was the glass and all they had to do was order that. Cost was around $3,400. Save yourself the headache.

We were referred to Woodbury Glass by our window manufacturer, Hayfield Windows, to have a broken window replaced. We followed their instructions documenting the window that needed replacing. After 4 months, they arrived with the wrong window. I asked if the correct replacement window could be expedited. Woodbury Glass owner, Noah Lamont, blamed us for providing the incorrect information when we had followed their instructions including photos of the existing windows, measurements, and date codes. There were no errors in the information we provided. Once we showed we had complied with their instructions, Noah Lamont then changed tactics and said we had resisted an onsite inspection when none was ever offered. If it had been, we would have been happy to have them out to our house. Noah has now told us we need to find another contractor.
